01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the services offered by pkace through the website pkace.ws or any associated mobile applications, APIs, or digital channels operated by the Company.

Your continued use of the pkace platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account by contacting pkace support.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the pkace Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form an integral part of the overall agreement between you and pkace.

02 Eligibility & Age Verification

By registering an account with pkace, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You are not a politically exposed person whose participation would create legal or regulatory risk for the Company;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from pkace or any affiliated platform.

pkace reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested will result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

03 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access real-money gaming services on pkace, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a functioning email address, and a secure password of your own choosing.

You agree that all information provided during and after registration will be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may maintain only one active pkace account at any given time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all bonuses will be forfeited, and real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pkace login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. pkace will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised use of your account where such access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify pkace support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pkace accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following verified payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, Raast, 1LINK, and USDT TRC20 for cryptocurrency transactions.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Deposits are credited to your pkace balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment network. pkace is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that:

• Is registered in the same name as the pkace account holder;
• Has been previously used to make a deposit, or has been verified by the pkace compliance team;
• Is not associated with a flagged, frozen, or disputed account status.

pkace targets same-day processing for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals during operational hours of 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM PKT. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed subject to network confirmation times.

pkace reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks before processing any withdrawal. In such cases, the Player will be notified and requested to submit supporting documentation. Withdrawals will be held pending satisfactory completion of these checks.

4.4 Currency

The primary operating currency of pkace is Pakistani Rupee (PKR). All account balances, bet amounts, winnings, bonuses, and transaction records are displayed and maintained in PKR unless the Player has explicitly selected an alternative currency option where available.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

pkace offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses for new registrations, weekly reload bonuses, free bet promotions tied to PSL and international cricket fixtures, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, per IP address, and per device;
• Bonuses must be wagered the number of times specified in the promotion before any withdrawal is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus — expired bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited automatically;
• pkace reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without meeting all wagering conditions;
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through matched betting, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of promotions — will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts permanently closed.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on the pkace sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. Cricket betting markets — including PSL, Pakistan national team matches, and international tournaments — are governed by the pkace Cricket Betting Rules document available on the platform. In the event of a conflict between general and sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail.

6.2 Game Integrity

All casino games available on pkace operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology sourced from verified game providers. The Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published and available for review. pkace does not alter RTP settings in a manner inconsistent with the published values.

6.3 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or manifest pricing error that results in an incorrect bet being placed or a casino game producing an erroneous outcome, pkace reserves the right to void the affected bets or games and return stakes to the Players involved. Winnings derived from a manifest error are not valid and will not be paid out.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkace platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-driven tools to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, glitches, or system errors to obtain financial benefit;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any financial crime through the pkace platform;
• Using the pkace platform to facilitate illegal transactions or circumvent Pakistani financial regulations;
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent the One Account Policy or to claim bonuses multiple times;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to access pkace source code or backend systems;
• Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or deny access to pkace systems for other users.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the pkace platform — including but not limited to the pkace brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pkace or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use pkace intellectual property for any purpose outside of your personal, non-commercial use of the platform.

Reproducing, distributing, modifying, publicly displaying, or creating derivative works from any pkace content without prior written authorisation from the Company is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

09 Privacy & Data

pkace collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

pkace implements industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption across all platform communications and payment transactions. Your personal and financial data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, payment processors, and fraud prevention services where required by law or necessary for the operation of the platform.

10 Responsible Gaming

pkace provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders at no cost and without restriction:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your pkace account;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic alerts that notify you when you have been logged in for a specified duration;
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing — ranging from 24 hours to 90 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the pkace platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months;
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up reminders displaying your session activity and net gaming position.

pkace strictly enforces its 21+ age requirement through mandatory KYC verification. Players who are identified as vulnerable, problem gamblers, or minors will be excluded from the platform and directed to appropriate support resources.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

pkace's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkace does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. While we invest significantly in platform stability and security, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime and shall not be liable for losses resulting from platform unavailability beyond our reasonable control, including scheduled maintenance windows communicated in advance.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your pkace account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any unmet bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Accounts with pending active bonuses may have those bonuses cancelled prior to processing the final balance.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by pkace

pkace reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of these Terms has been identified or is reasonably suspected;
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct is suspected;
• The Player fails to complete identity verification within the required timeframe;
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the Company to restrict the Player's access;
• The Player's account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.

Where an account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, pkace reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, where the breach is confirmed, to forfeit those funds in accordance with applicable policy.

13 Amendments to Terms

pkace reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, pkace will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the platform homepage. Your continued use of pkace following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at pkace.ws/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document.

14 Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles as applied in the jurisdiction under which pkace holds its operating licence. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant competent courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the internal complaints process.

For Pakistani players, please note that online gaming is regulated differently across various jurisdictions and it remains your personal responsibility to ensure that your participation in online gaming is lawful in your specific location before registering or depositing funds.
